I'm angry!

Goal Weight: 73kg
Current Weight: 90.3
Started my journey 01/09/14 - 22.4kg lost

I'm angry at myself, and I'm not even sure it's justified. Current weight is 90.6 - 700gms since last WI, but only 300 since my pledge to get into the 80s (which I made to myself on Tuesday). I'm really angry. I eat below my kj allowance every day, last week I did 4 walks, a strength session, and a pilates class. I had 1 bad food day (Friday), but was still under my allowance. And I lose a measley 300gms?!?!? I don't know if I'm in a plateau, if it's because I have a cold, am I not eating enough, or should I be having salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

I know 700gms is good, but 400gms of that was lost overnight on Monday, so would have been TTOM related, and the other 300gms I had to work my butt off for. I'm angry because I don't know why it's not coming off in bigger amounts - I've got too far to go to only lose 300gms a week!! 

And that means I've only lost 3.4kg in 6 weeks - 1/2 of my 12 week challenge - not good enough :(

On the postivie side though, I did my 1/2 way check in for my challenge - my measurements have slightly improved.
In 6 weeks I've lost
2cm from upper arm
1cm from bust
4cm from waist
3cm from tummy
2cm from hips
2cm from thigh
1cm from calf

So it's not all doom and gloom, but I'm still angry. Going to try very hard not to eat my anger today.

I am going to do daily food diaries on here to keep me accountable for JFJ,so here's how day 28 went (2 days to go):

Breakfast: 1 piece toast with vegemite
Morning Tea:
Lunch: Ham, cheese & tomato sandwich
Afternoon Tea: Pita crisps & dip
Dinner: Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, broccoli & mashed potatoes
