Junk Free June - Day 1

Current Weight: 92.8
Started my journey 6/01/15 - 13.2kg lost in 2015

A good start to June with a loss of 1.1kg. I did have a tummy bug for 24 hours, so not sure what is actually true. But it had been a week between tummy bug & weigh in. I'm starting to get a bit excited by the prospect of being an 80's girl -less than 3kg to go - time to smash it!

Junk Free June started yesterday! I didn't have the best start, but today is a new day, and I know I can do it.

I am going to do daily food diaries on here to keep me accountable for JFJ, so my eating for yesterday was this:

Breakfast: Toast with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Homemade Pizza and hot chips (oops)
Afternoon Tea: Fruit Stick & Rice cake
Dinner: Leek & Potato Soup, Toast, and Eclair

So one wee slip up with the hot chips, I know I can do better!
