TTOM Weight Gain Sucks!

Goal Weight: 73kg
Current Weight: 91.3
Started my journey 01/09/14 - 21.7kg lost

Quick note to say - UGH I HATE PERIOD WEIGHT GAIN! 1kg in 2 days! I know it's temporary, but it still sucks.

I am going to do daily food diaries on here to keep me accountable for JFJ,so here's how day 15 went:

Breakfast: Porridge with milk on top
Morning Tea:
Lunch: Leftover satay chicken, veg & rice
Afternoon Tea: Nuts & fruit nuggets
Dinner: Chicken cordon bleu, mashed spuds, broccoli & an eclair for dessert
