HELP!! In need of willpower & eating motivation

Goal Weight: 73kg
Current Weight: 87.3
Started my journey 01/09/14 - 25.7kg lost

Not such a good week this week! I ate rubbish, and topped it off by going a bit crazy at my son's 1st birthday party yesterday. My exercise was pretty good (3 walks and 1 pilates class), but I really need to rein in the junk food.

Looking back through my food diary, I ate something rubbish just about every day. I don't know why I do it, I don't crave sugar, I just seem to eat it mindlessly, and can never say no! I really need to get something clicking in my brain to stop me from eating these foods - hit me with what works for you!!

So plan this week:
1 or 2 strength sessions
Pilates on Thursday
4 walks of around 3.5/4km
Cutting down on bread
Increasing water intake
