Reflecting & Future Goal Setting

Goal Weight: 73kg
Current Weight: 88.6
Started my journey 01/09/14 - 24.4kg lost

I measly 200gms!! But honestly, I'm actually surprised I had a loss at all. My eating was rubbish, and I only exercised 1 day! My motivation went out the window with all the work drama that is happening - looks like I'm finishing up earlier than possible - as in this Friday! It's all turned to custard, and they are paying me out and making me sign to say I won't take legal action. Sigh. Not sure why it had to get so dramatic, but nevermind,

Back to the topic at hand. I'm going to lose as much as possible this week for my final challenge weigh in on Monday. I've lost 5.4 over the last 11 weeks, which isn't awesome, but at least it's a loss. I've also entered the 80's during the challenge, which is a pretty big milestone!

I would also LOVE to get to 86 by the end of August. 86 was my 'conception weight', and little Mr turns one of the 27th of August, so it's a sign!!

So basically, I need to go very hard out, eat perfectly, and exercise lots. All while raising 2 kids, having 2 significant birthdays (little miss turns 5 next week), and finding a job! Phew!
